Jonathan Hurt

Jonathan Hurt is a Cologne-based New Wave, Synth Pop & New Romantic artist heavily rooted in the sound cosmos of the 1980s. His main musical tools are the Korg Wavestation and the Prophet, both synthesizers used in some of the greatest productions of that era. Jonathan’s spontaneous musical drawings are the perfect soundtrack for a trip back to 1981, the year he was born. His magically fragile voice is whispering wavy Artpop mantras not only into the ears of car tape deck enthusiasts.
